Shipping and order tracking

Use the tracking number in your shipping email to check your delivery status. Delivery estimates and processing times are explained in our shipping policy.

Returns or a problem with your order

Please read our return policy and contact us before sending an item back. For an incomplete, damaged or incorrect order, include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us understand a product or packaging problem.

Use the contact form or email support@luxelull.com. For CarPlay questions, include your vehicle make, model, year, infotainment system, phone model and whether wired CarPlay works. For order questions, include the order number and the email used at checkout.
